Weekend

Hi,

Had a pretty good weekend. Had a generous amount of beer on friday night. Really good evening and thank you for that.
Saturdaynight I had my friend Dorte over and we listened to music and drank redwine from the southern regions of Europe. We had a really good discussion on well life, universe and everything.
I worked a little bit on Saturday and Sunday at the hospital. Really good atmosphere there and really great people working there.

Tonight I saw the movie You, me and Dupree. Really good film with actually good message reminding us once again not to take life too seriously and preserve the personal "ness" in one self. All the actors did good and I have to say that Goldie Hawn's daughter is a feast for the eye.

Next week I will be dividing between work and school and am pretty optimistic about comming days.

I have been thinking about my loved ones tonight and sadly not all are feeling good. We all have issues and need to look ahead. For some it is easier then for others. We set goals in our lives, some that are perhaps out of reach and some that are maybe considered out of reach for the "outside" eye. Inner peace is the one luxury we do not "allow" us to gain thinking that perhaps we are not capable. It does not matter where we are in life, we can only obtain inner peace by coming to terms with the one we meet in the mirror. Happiness in this western society is often measured in low bodyfat and a fat bank account. Surely nice to reach those two milestones. Sadly though it gives us just oportunity to sway from reality. Perhaps it is the poor student talking to justify his status in life.

Well, I hope you have good days ahead of you and look at the person in the mirror and give that person a pat on the shoulder and say "you are doing good".

That is all folks,

Arnar Thor
